25000lt steel triaxle vacuum trailer

A brand new Australian made 8mm mild steel tanker, fitted with full roll over protection and quality BPW suspension with EBS and disk brakes, will have polished alloys and which ever pump we decide to fit to this mutha. 28000lt aluminium triaxle vacuum tanker

This is our first 28000lt aluminium barrel, quality US designed but finished here with BPW dual lift suspension, polished alloys, disks and EBS, hose trays and LED lights. Highly polished, be the King of Bling with this ripper of a thing. Expect to make a lot of money with this one, great payload, not many wheels on the ground! Should be on the road Feb 2013. 8000lt Septic tankers fitted to DAF LF55’s

Check out this gorgeous baby! Twins in fact! We currently have two VTS built septic and grease trap spec tankers in gestation. The DAF LF55 is highly under rated, in fact every one who drove the few we have had through VTS lately absolutely loves them! Cheaper than a Jap truck and with 25% more horse power means not only huge savings but also easier and more comfortable to drive couple that with low service cost and extended maintenance intervals means you are on road earning longer for less.

These babies (when born) will have 8000lt vacuum tanks, full roll over protection with air lift up hand rail, 450mm top manways, 550mm rear washout manways, sight tube, 100mm stainless ball vales, robust super reliable Wallenstein air cooled vacuum pump with VTS’s own designed shut off

How can I stop frothy products from entering my vacuum system?

Frothy products such as blood and milk waste froth naturally, it is agitation that causes these products to froth.

There are many solutions but there is no simple ‘fix all’ each job needs to be taken on its merit and treated accordingly.

Froth is generally not harmful in very small quantities, however it can carry partials which are and it is for this reason that long term abuse will cause premature wear and tear on your pump.

Vane Pumps, which use mechanical interfering parts to work, are at risk from product contamination. Effort should be made to protect the pump from any type of waste contamination from entering the pump.
